Zensor was born from a moment no family should ever have to live through.

Olivier and Sébastien’s aunt slipped in her bathroom and fell. She lived alone. No one knew. She couldn’t reach her phone, she couldn’t call for help, she couldn’t get up.

For four long days, she remained on the floor, in pain, dehydrated, and completely isolated, while her family believed everything was fine. By the time someone noticed her silence, the damage was done. She survived, but the trauma led to a coma shortly after.

This revealed a truth most families discover too late: when someone lives alone, every hour without news can have consequences.

This tragedy shook Olivier & Sébastien. It made them realize something even harder: Their grandmother, still living on her own, refused all the usual emergency buttons or fall detectors. “Too invasive,” she said. “Too complicated.”

So, together with Emma, Olivier & Sébastien built Zensor Care, a discreet, intelligent system that watches over our loved ones without asking them to change a thing. Zensor Care was created to make sure that silence is never mistaken for safety again.
